You save 5% on every AutoShip order compared to the standard one-time price, and you never have to worry about manually reordering.
Which products can I buy with the AutoShip Program?
Thousands of products across our catalog are AutoShip-eligible, including most of our incontinence supplies, diabetes care products, nutritional supplements, wound care items, and baby formula. Look for the “Subscribe & Save” option on any product page to enroll that item. Eligible products change frequently, so check your favorites often.
How much do I save with AutoShip?
AutoShip subscribers save 5% on every order, up to a maximum discount of $10 per subscription order. For customers who reorder monthly or bi-monthly, those savings add up meaningfully over the course of a year — on top of the convenience of never running out.
Can I make changes to my AutoShip Subscription?
Yes. Log in to your Cart Health account at any time to change your delivery frequency, skip an upcoming shipment, swap to a different product, update your shipping address, or cancel entirely. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment. If an order has already shipped, any changes you make will take effect on your next scheduled delivery.
Will I be notified before each shipment?
Yes. We send an email notification before each upcoming AutoShip order, giving you a window to review or adjust it before it processes.
What happens if a product I'm subscribed to goes out of stock?

By enrolling in Easy Auto-Ship Subscription program, you accept and acknowledge that we will ship your subsequent future orders, and charge the payment method you submitted during the creation of your Auto-Ship subscription, on the frequency you have chosen, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by logging in to your CartHealth.com account or calling our Customer Service team. All orders are subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Manufacturers may make changes to products, pricing and availability or discontinue products without providing notice. We may, in our sole discretion, change or cancel your enrollment in our Auto-Ship Subscription Program at any time without prior notice. In the event that this occurs, we will only charge you for orders that have already been shipped out to you. Prices and savings are subject to change.
