Cart Health is required to charge sales tax in some locations due to Federal and State laws. You will see tax during checkout before you pay for your order so there are no hidden fees or surprises.


We currently only ship to United States.

We use all major carriers and will use the shipping carrier that will get your order to you the fastest. Shipping to PO Boxes may take longer as we primarily use UPS and FedEx, which may use a 3rd party last mile carrier to get your package to your PO Box.

We ship orders in plain discreet packaging for your privacy.

Once your order has been packaged and labeled, the carrier will pick up the package and scan it at the end of the day. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as the carrier scans the package. Keep in mind that it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show an update or movement. This is outside of our control.


At Cart Health, we take security very serious. We use 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to ensure your card information is always safe and secure. We do not store your information on our servers or have access to your credit card information.

When you pay with a credit card or debit card, you will be asked to enter your card information during the checkout process. You must enter the correct billing information such as billing name, address and CVV (3 digit security code on the back or 4 digit code on the front of American Express cards) in order for your order to be processed. The "Billing Name" and "Billing Address" much match exactly with the information on file with your banking institution. If you're shipping to an address other than your billing address, you may have to approve that shipping address with your credit card company prior to placing an order. We don't currently accept orders placed with international credit cards. If an order is placed with a billing address outside of the United States of America, it will be cancelled.

When placing orders online, credit card companies may place an "authorization" or temporary hold on the funds. Please contact your banking institution.

Product Returns & Refunds

Before sending a product back, please contact us as some products can not be returned due to safety and/or hygiene reasons. Returned products without authorization will not be refunded.

If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped in multiple shipments in order to fulfill your order across our warehouse network. You will receive tracking information with each shipment. If you still have questions, please contact us.
