How it is made
Knitted wide from the ribbing down. Laid flat and stretched, the top opens to ten inches across — twenty inches around the leg — and recovers rather than staying stretched out. It holds by structure, not by elastic, so it does not bite and does not leave a ring.
The toe is linked flat. A cushioned sole runs the footbed, and a knitted air-vent panel sits across the instep. The fibre is a bamboo viscose blend, hollow in structure, which carries moisture away instead of holding it.
